Beat Any Written Quote by 10%

1.1 This offer is made by We Digit US ("we", "us", "our") through wedigitus.co.nz.

1.2 If you give us an eligible Competitor Quote, we will provide a written quote for the same services that is 10% lower than the Competitor Quote's price for the Comparable Scope, as set out in these terms.

2.1 The offer is available to the first 20 customers whose Competitor Quote we accept as eligible and who accept our resulting quote in writing (the "Offer Places").

2.2 An Offer Place is used up when we accept your Price Beat Quote in writing, not when you first enquire. If 20 Offer Places have been taken, the offer ends automatically and we will remove the offer from our website.

2.3 The offer ends on [DATE] if not all Offer Places have been taken.

2.4 We will keep a record of Offer Places used and will tell you on request how many remain.

A Competitor Quote must:

• be in writing (email, PDF or signed proposal);
• be issued by a business operating in New Zealand, including a sole trader, that is not related to you and is not us;
• be dated within the last [30] days and still be valid;
• name the provider, the services, the deliverables and the total price, and state whether GST is included;
• be for services that we offer; and
• be a genuine, arm's-length quote that you have actually received. We may contact the provider to verify it, or ask for further information, and we may decline if we cannot reasonably verify it.

4.1 The Competitor Quote must be comparable to our services in scope, deliverables, quality, contract length, timeframes and service inclusions. We will assess this in good faith and will tell you in writing what we have treated as comparable.

4.2 If the scopes differ, we may adjust our quote to match the Competitor Quote's scope. We will then apply the 10% reduction to the Comparable Scope only.

4.3 The offer does not apply to quotes that are not based on a clearly priced scope, such as "from" prices, estimates without detail, hourly rates with no total, or verbal quotes.

5.1 The 10% is taken off the price of the Comparable Scope, measured on the same GST basis as the Competitor Quote. We will show both figures in our quote.

5.2 The offer applies only to our professional fees. It does not apply to third-party costs such as advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms, domain names, hosting, software licences, stock images, printing, or any other costs charged by someone else. Those are passed on at cost, or as separately quoted.

5.3 The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, package deal or referral offer unless we say so in writing.

6.1 The offer is for new customers, or for existing customers buying a new service that isn't already under a current agreement with us.

6.2 It is for a single project or service engagement. Where the Competitor Quote covers a recurring service, the 10% reduction applies to the first [12] months only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6.3 We may decline any request where we reasonably believe the Competitor Quote is not genuine, is altered, is not comparable, or has been created to claim the offer.

7.1 Email your Competitor Quote to contact@wedigius.com or use the form at the website, and include your contact details and the service you need.

7.2 We aim to respond within [3] working days.

7.3 Our quote will be valid for [14] days. The offer is not secured until you accept our quote in writing and we confirm this.

7.4 We will keep the Competitor Quote confidential and use it only to prepare our quote and verify eligibility, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. Please remove any information you do not want to share, such as another customer's personal details.

8.1 Once you accept our quote, our standard service terms apply to the work. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply to you.

8.2 If you are in trade and are acquiring the services for business purposes, you and we agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, in accordance with section 43 of that Act. 9.1 We may end or change this offer at any time, but a change will not affect a customer whose Offer Place has already been confirmed in writing.

9.2 We may end the offer early if we can't continue to provide it fairly, for example because of a mistake in the offer's terms. We will remove it from the website when it ends.

10.1 These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

10.2 The offer is not transferable and has no cash value.
